An interesting thread, are cheat days/ meals important then ? I use to live on takeaways, crisps chocolate an would eat whatever I wanted, whenever I wanted, a friend told me about MFP I log everything I eat and most of the time I'm under my allowance for the day, I'm quite active but when exercising it's makes my caloriesβ¦

I have a glass of orange juice 2 x weetabix 1/2 a bowl of semi skimmed milk 1x actimel drink 1x banana I'm new to all this so hopefully I'm not doing more harm than good π€ !?!
