Alcohol free all of March so far. The first full month sober I've had this year. Can't wait to finish it out, then onward to a fully sober April.

Just got back from my long walk. Feeling really sore and spent. Glad I did it and challenged myself, but my feet will need time to heal. Now I'm going to drink some tea and eat some mashed cauliflower with broccoli in it whilst I read and play a game.

Holy moly this will be tough for someone my size starting this late. However, I'm up for the challenge. My usual walk I do is 2 miles and I've done it 5 times so far since I've started walking, so I'm sitting at 10 miles to start. Looking forward to walking longer distances once my feet can handle it better.

Back from my walk. Finished all my exercise in and outside of the house for the night so I'm going to settle down now, drink some hot, nice tea, kick back and relax. Maybe watch some netflix or play some games.

Me: 7 LNS: 0 I'm not going to bed yet but I winded up having a more filling lunch than I anticipated so I'm skipping dinner and sticking to water and tea the rest of the night. I'm 100% sure I won't break the streak tonight, feeling great.

I'm late to the challenge but I'd like to average at least 1 mile per day from the 7th to the end. This doesn't mean I'll be walking everyday, since I mix my workouts up a lot. However, to meet that criteria, I would have to walk 24 miles total by the end of the month. That is my goal. I'll update after I go walking…
