I suppose I could start.

I have 65 and plan to get much more, but have taken a break this past year. It took me about 20 years to collect 15, and then when my ex-husband and I split, I went up to 65 in under a year. My body took a beating and it was taking longer to heal after each one so I haven't gotten anything done since July. I have…

I sit at a desk all day too and it is really hard - I use the stairs, drink at least 1/2g of water so I have a lot of bathroom breaks, but to get to the bathroom, I walk all the way around the building first. Like the above poster, I am inefficient too, and take a lot of trips to and from the kitchen during lunch/snack…

I'm not a fan of any type of equipment except the treadmill and spin cycles, but love activities like basketball, racquetball, swimming, etc. Does your gym offer these amenities? It might be easier to go play a game of hoops than suggesting an hour on the elliptical. Solid workout, you're spending time and having fun…

I try very hard not to eat past 7pm. I'll drink ice cold water or Gatorade to feel full. I'm never HUNGRY but definitely the type that eats out of boredom.

I weigh in about every 10 days at work. We have a commercial scale that is dead on accurate. Doing it daily would drive me insane not seeing significant results.

Last night my boyfriend walked into the sauna and did an immediate about face when some guy was completely naked and spread eagle. Later, I was in the women's sauna which butts up to the men's area and I couldn't tell you why a man was moaning as loud as he could. It's not THAT hot, dude.

Slightly similar but my body is pre-donated to The Body Farm at Texas State. My degree is in anthropology and I want my leftovers used for forensic education.

Totally corny, but the best weight loss investment I personally made (other than gym membership) was a Wii Fit. I LOVE it. It's so much fun, a great workout that doesn't feel like a workout, you can involve the kids/family, and it tracks your weight and can be a great tool for accountability.

Tonight I have a 45 min spin class

I screamed at the TV for two hours and jumped around like a rabid squirrel while watching University of Houston whoop THE Ohio State, to advance to the Sweet Sixteen!!! Does that count?

I love leftover spaghetti for breakfast. I don't like traditional morning foods either - no bacon, eggs, and prefer my French toast for dinner. I usually have a granola bar or an orange. On Fridays I get a bean and cheese taco.

Premium as I like to be able to customize and having to pay, it makes me more accountable

I enjoy kickboxing and treadmill sprinting intervals

*smack!* Start with really small goals that are attainable and realistic. Fresh air can do wonders for your mental health, which can then help you start to focus on your physical health so go outside, take a deep breath, and center yourself. I'm the type of person that HATES schedules or feeling like I have to make plans,…

Believe. Having my first grandson in June!!!! That is a huge motivating factor to get healthy - I haven't had to chase babies around in over 16 years!

Belly for me is always the hardest to lose. Several years ago, I lost 60 lbs and that was the worst to get rid of, but I also have five children, including twins with a C-section so that's a little more difficult. Just keep at it!

Well, my boyfriend told me for the first time in his life, he has a "bomb *kitten* female" in his corner, so I like to think I'm wildly supportive, stress and drama free, and loyal.

I love boudoir, pinup, and burlesque and the mini goal that is motivating me right now is to be able to have a killer photo shoot in the fall. After having been fairly inactive for the last two years, I just dropped about 5 lbs since March 11 due to gym and healthy eating, so seeing that number fall is hugely motivating…

Butternut squash chili (under 300 calories per heaping bowl) Place one large chopped yellow, one orange, one red bell pepper under broil until skin is scorched. Place in ziplock bag for about 15 min (easier to peel skin) Sauté diced sweet onion and a few cloves of garlic in .5 ts olive oil Add 1 TBS cumin and paprika, .5…

As someone who successfully lost a lot of weight on my own, here are some of the things that really helped me. I put the weight back on due to personal circumstances and just recently got back on track. This app is a great source of help with tracking and logging your progress. Starving yourself will never work, as you…
