I fully understand your mindflow based on that experience. Covid mrna vaccine is different kind of vaccine although there are risks of consequences including death. But mRNA is not new, only the sequence used against covid and we know from scientific perspective that there could hardly be a long term harm(there is no…

With deepest respect and understanding to what you have written... The distrust of your grandmother has maybe roots in "white man medicine". What has most cultures in common is reverence to life. Giving trust to all different medical scientists behind research, validation and approval of covid vaccines is expression of…

There were cases(like cutter incident in US)esp. in beginning of mass vaccination but in response to these problems validation process was improved and also technology. Most of that cases were about contamination or failed inactivation of viruses(but mRNA vaccine is not based on deactivated viruses nor a deactivated virus…

Hi Alex, hard to give you an advice without knowing what country/city exactly you will visit and you focus history(ancient, middleage, modern), art etc. E.g. You wilk find hundreds of monuments in each country.

I understand you worries, every parent who is up to his child asks the same question esp. under desinformations spread by lot of ppl we face (not acctual in my country, I get my first shot on tuesday, I am 41) The authority you should discuss your worries is your doctor or let your child discuss it and make the decision. I…

Short answer - approval of health authority in your country is synonym of YES said by highly educated ppl in that area. Long answer. You have to take into account that young ppl can spread virus (and die or have serious consequences too) , the more is covid spread the higher risk for mutations that can weaken or devalue…

Hi. This is job for specialist/therapist. Light strenght training may help you much. Dont expect too much from supplementation unless you are in deficit of something.

Beside propper diet, train you abs just like normal muscles, add weights or difficulty not only reps(above 15). 3x times a weak is enought. Target all abs muscles. (lower, upper, obl.)

Its better to adjust your diet to your habits (and family) it makes it more maintanable. All diets work just the same, callorie deficit. You dont need IF or keto. Just eat less to fit into cal goal and if you do weight lifting beside the diet you have good setup to reach your goals. But to say whole truth Bcs of my…

exhaustive answer (e.g. the most influencing real life factor for me is stress at work and lack of sleep. Under this circumstances I am not able maintain 6x per week (50-60min) str. workouts and sooner or later I am facing overtraining (and hand in hand most of the time overwork too) Under normal conditions it's OK.

You can loose or maintain your bodyfat level by gaining muscles. Yes. (I can show you proof 😉) Tunning calorie intake requires some experience, You can start with simple calculator like this https://www.calculator.net/calorie-calculator.html bcs. right configuration of mfp may be tricky. Check you body/BF visualy or using…

Better value for the price in my honest opinion... Fitbit Versa 2 - > garmin vivoactive 4 (when focus on multipurpose fitness tracking watches) Apple 4/5 - > samsung galaxy active 2(when more focus on smart functions and lte)

I am histamine intolerant, I found that by changing whole lifestyle and removing all junk food and little limiting histamine intesive food I have no problems anymore. Just wanted to say, it looks like body is able to fight with all kind of intolerances better, when you…

Thank you Marcy. I follow known rules for natural bodybuilding and my workout varries in time. Most of time I do 2 x 3 day split per week, 11-15 sets for bigger/more complex muscle groups and 9-12 for smaller. Trying to finish in 1hr and mix heavy and less heavy workouts to be able to recover. Still learning lot, not an…
