The darkest chocolate you can find, 85% or so, then one square with a nice cup of tea.

Ah the bucky, the drink of the teenage boy up and down the country

Blueberries got quite popular in the UK around 10years ago, I absolutely hate them, no sweetness at all, actually barely any flavour at all, I dont get why they are so popular.
-
Well I suppose the point I was making was that to me, diet coke (and other diet drinks) dont taste sweet, they taste quite bitter, sort of metallically and chemically ish.

I just joined. I get frustrated with the focus on 1lbs instead of stones and the date irks me being the 'wrong way round' but actually its ok. I was using foodfocus.co.uk and did really well on there, I loved the layout but it would appear they no longer exist, a shame.

That is a very good point

Asda used to do their own chicken sausages and chilli chicken sausages, however at my local one they stopped doing them, I dont know if they do them still elsewhere. I loved them

I refuse to eat or drink anything with sweetners in, even the modern so call natural ones. For one, I dont have a sweet tooth and sometimes would like something that isnt savoury but also isnt some god awful face gurning sweet thing. So for instance there is no need to put sweetners or sugar in pasta sauces. Im currently…

Well here's the plan, we are also stopping off but in Penrith on the way up. We are taking our bikes which we are servicing this weekend but I have not been on the bike for years (hoping it doesnt collapse underneath the weight I have since put on) and I have 'travelled' around the lochs that we are cycling on street view…

Im not completing the food diary to get the message, I know the message is inaccurate as I have lost already more than the prediction and the week is not finished but the prediction is for the next 5 weeks! I just wondered how it worked. I find it useful to log what Ive had though so that I can feel that I have managed it…

Oh dont worry about that, I live on trip advisor, planning the next meal out. Well similar to what we are eating out at home is difficult as once we do this (losing weight again) we dont tend to eat out as much, both of us do the lower carb thing and its so hard in pubs and places where everything is piled high with chips,…

Some years ago, I lost nearly 4 stone. I was a large size 24 (UK) when I started and a large size 22 (UK) after. I was furious. Only one dress size (and that wasnt across the board in every piece of clothing) for all that weight. (56lbs)

Diet just refers to what you eat

Yes its about getting straight back to it, something that I always struggle with and hence why Im hoping this is the last time I do this.

Well there is no way I can eat the foods I outlined, they are like cocaine to me. (hence my weight problem, they make me ravenous) I know what my appropriate portions are, I have been 'dieting' all my life, since the age of about 8,, I know by eye how much things weigh to quite an accurate level. Its more about what sort…

Its funny you say that because I used to use a website called foodfocus which I much preferred to MFP as it was UK based and in stones and lbs and I liked the layout better, the graphs and things But one thing that annoyed me about that website was sort of funny glitches, so it wouldnt really refresh the page properly and…

Oh, no exercise yet unfortunately, so its just the very basic calories consumed on my chart.
