Happy Hump Day! Monday I thought I was 23.....adulted all freakin day yesterday and definitely feeling all of my 42 years this morning! At least tomorrow is my FriYay!

The only support system I have is mfp - it's helped me tremendously. I force myself to log everything.....even the bad days (like yesterday) - had dr appt at lunch so no workout & more stuff after work. Wound up inhaling nachos & 2 big glasses of wine at 9:00. I weigh daily using a smart scale that shoots it to my phone for me. I always weigh first thing in the morning. I like using an app called Happy Scale - makes it easier to track trends and keeps me from freaking out if I have a day or 2 where I'm retaining water.

It's so hard when you add in other people's schedules to the mix - but you can do this! My typical day - Up at 4:45 and I go ride my horses until 6:30. Week 3 - Day 3 (my modified version - but on my toes) 9,5,7,5,8 So - I figured out I'm an idiot and been going about it wrong. I printed off Week 1, Week 2 and Week 3..........and never noticed that Day 1 is NOT the same as day 3. Argh! It's rather slow going, but I WILL get there.

Scale hasn't moved much the last month .... but I guess as I tone up - my boobs are leaving me :-( Bust went from 39" to 38" and Band from 34" to 33" - dammit anyway

I'm going to buy a mountain bike just for that purpose on Sat! Pretty excited about it - I've been doing a lot of research and headed to a couple of bike shops. Next month I'm going to work in riding the bike 30 min 3x a week for some cardio.
