I've been on a no more than 1,600 calorie per day diet. Most of the time I only consume around 1,000 to 1,200. No, I'm not starving lol. What kind of success/results have you had using this app? How helpful has it been to you?

My main goal is definitely weight loss but I'm also doing some strengthening. I have a long way to to go before I'm happy but I'm making progress. It's been a change, actually trying to watch what I eat. I'm very picky so my menus aren't perfect but I've been doing pretty well I think.
