I restarted the 5k training program after like week 3 in the beginning, because until that point I hadnβt been able to consistently run each interval and was walking through some of the run parts, which by then was like 1.5min run 1min walk. @melaniedscott thats really great information. I honestly never paid attention to it, I just got sick of plain water so I was using it to spice it up a bit to keep me drinking it lol Iβll keep it in mind and do some research when looking at other products and their ingredients.

I honestly think a huge part has been going back to drinking plain water and not using Mio to flavor it lol. Itβs crazy but these last 2 weeks Iβve cut down how much I use it and Iβve seen bigger weight loss than Iβve seen in a while and Iβve stayed pretty consistent with my diet and exercise for the most part. 75 Medium - March 3rd to May 17th My goals are all things I know I am capable of and at the start of my journey in September 2023 I was taking all of these more seriously. I have gotten loosey goosey with it since I have gotten comfortable in my weight loss so I would like to challenge myself to stick to them once again.β¦
