A good guess is they get you to click on a link that downloads malware. Lots of possibilities after that happens.

Oh no, you mean my new friend who needs $1000 in gift cards to buy new clothes since losing weight (that's why she's nearly nude in the picture, right?) is a scammer? 😁😁😁😁

I also weigh daily and track it on Libra. When I entered my weight into MFP, I would just enter new lows whenever they happened. I haven't updated my weight on MFP since hitting my goal (even though I weigh 4 pounds less now).

Lent was my favorite time of year as a kid because my dad gave up alcohol. 40 days of peace.

You've inspired me with your question! I'm making this recipe this week: https://whi.sk/dCAze

Fabulous job! Have you had the chance recently to get a health check up?

Gosh, I forgot the avocado!

"Diet" is one of those many words with two or more different meanings. Diet: the combination of foods you eat Eat a healthy diet for a long life. Diet: a particular plan of food designed to reduce weight Follow the cabbage diet and lose 10 pounds in 2 weeks! The "Mediterranean Diet":is a particular way of eating, not a…

I drink smoothies all the time with greens in them. Does the term "green smoothie" mean no fruit? My fav: Banana Cherries and/or blueberries Greens (spinach, kale, collard greens) Yogurt Cashew milk Protein powder (unflavored) Cinnamon and nutmeg Cocoa Spirulina, sometimes

@zaknjakesmum I'm curious. Does your CL add red#40? The US version does and I can't drink it because I am allergic. I'm guessing from "mum" and "flavour" that you are in a different country.

I found two gummies in the US: Mary Ruth's and Nordic Naturals. I didn't do research on them, but if you want to go the Calcium plus K2 route (which I also recommend), give these a look-see. As mentioned above, if you haven't done so, have your doctor check both B-12 and D at your next check-up.

You can turn off the water tracking unless you have a particular reason to need it. If you don't have trouble staying hydrated and you don't have a specific health condition (kidney disease perhaps) that requires liquid tracking, it just adds extra unnecessary effort IMO. Yes, CL would count as water. And it does have some…

I'm also pescatarian and in maintenance. I eat about 1750 calories and get around 90 g protein. I eat fish once or twice a week, mostly canned, which is not expensive. Other inexpensive protein sources that I use are tofu, tempeh, TVP, seitan, edamame (either dry roasted as a snack or frozen), Greek yogurt, and protein…

I'm pretty atypical in a lot of ways. I'm interested in people who are: Kind/Caring Honest Funny/Easy going Responsible Hard working Hold similar views to me Looks are not a big criteria, although it certainly isn't a negative. Having lots of money doesn't often mesh with the above characteristics, so they would start off…

I live in the south US, so I am much more likely to gain in the summer (too hot) and lose in the winter when I can walk lots. Just had a new low this past weekend (in the 117s) although I'm not trying to lose. But, I think seasonal ups and downs are normal. And not a problem as long as you adjust behavior to compensate…

Also dal. If you are looking for easy, some of the shelf stable pouches are pretty good, especially Trader Joe's. (via my spouse) Added sauteed greens to any of the ones I've listed, either on the potato or on the side is good, too.

Chili or any bean soup (black bean, lentil vegetable, etc). Sometimes I add avocado on top. Hummus or plain Greek yogurt are awesome, but I'm not sure that would feel like a complete meal (although I've eaten it for lunch many times).

100%+ in maintenance. I use a Fitbit for my activity calories (with MFP set to not very active/sedentary). I eat at least all of them. I find that it is more accurate when my activity is higher. But during less active months (summertime), I have to eat a little extra to not lose weight. I also do everything by monthly…

1. Bananas 2. Yogurt 3. Hummus

I'll let you know if it ever happens! Plus be prepared for some other people to never adjust. Some will always remember you as large and will comment every single time they see you, even after 15 years (this happens to my spouse).

Are you planning to just eat it plain? I mix Garden of Life unflavored and unsweetened into my smoothies, but I wouldn't recommend it just mixed with water or milks.

Is it possible he's been hooked by a MLM scheme or got a new sales based job like insurance? We've had lots of these happen recently - an acquaintance reaching out to us out of the blue and then wanting to sell us something. Or trying to network because they lost their job. Or, of course, he could just be lonely, that's…

I have no experience with these devices, so feel free to just skip my reply. Have you been diagnosed with a hiatal hernia? Because that's the only case where the Iqoro is intended to work. I've never heard of using a faceformer for reflux. My reflux also has no relationship to weight. I honestly wonder if these conditions…

It's pretty obvious here on MFP that the majority of people gained weight this past year, so be kind to yourself about it. I entered maintenance at the beginning of March 2020. Mid-March I was sick with "probable" Covid (unable to get tested). It was the first illness I had since I started tracking calories and, boy, do…

Two comments: 1) For the last two months at least, I've been unable to get MFP to parse any online recipe. (Android app). And even when I copy and paste it makes the craziest guesses. (Like 2 Tbsp chili powder = 27 servings of 1 cup chili.) 2) I really like the Whisk app (free) for recipes! I can add both online and my own…

For simplicity in both shopping and cooking, I focus on variety over time, not on any individual day.

Now I really want this (cappuccino chunky chocolate) in a cone!

How many servings do you make from a box of spaghetti (16 oz) or give us the size if different? I would make 8 servings, but my sis would only make 4, so that's pretty important. Same with a jar of sauce. How many servings per jar? I think most jars are 24 oz, but some are smaller or larger. And how much beef per serving?…

So, many a long years ago, I gained oodles of weight (50+ pounds on top of already chunky) during a pregnancy. Then I breastfed my baby, exclusively for about 4.5 months, and then regularly until he weaned himself around 13 months of age. He was a fussy baby, so we took walks most every day, sometimes twice a day. For the…
