Fairlife chocolate milk has 12 G protein and 13 g carb per cup. It’s thick, you could cut it with water and it would still be good. Liquid already though, not a mix.

No one “needs” exercise to lose. However, I WANT to exercise because my body looks so differently when I do. I look fitter , feel fitter, can do so much more activity at this weight “ exercising “ than I did at the same weight not exercising. Plus I want to be strong enough to kick someone’s butt if the need arise.

Thanks. I am determined to keep working on it, I won’t give up. It’s feels okay now, but I felt a riiiiiiiip on the outside of my bicep? On the way down. We’ll see what tomorrow brings.

I tried to lower myself into my hang. Not so good, pulled a muscle immediately. Soooo, you think I should just work on the straight arms without the lowering for now? When I increase time/ rounds then try again?

This happens to me too. The advice I usually get is don’t wait for the vacation to do the hills, find the biggest hill/climb near you and do it as often as you can to keep conditioned. I like the advice above as well.

I set a fitness goal and I have a SCARY ( but respected) friend:trainer to keep me accountable to those goals. Haven’t messed up since starting that.

I’d say if he moved on that quickly, it’s obvious he wasn’t the love of your life or you of his. You didn’t miss out on anything.

Thanks ! My life goal is to get ONE pull up, if that can happen anything can. I can do a double straight arm hang for ten seconds. But flexed I drop right down like a sack of potatoes. I’ll work on it.
