Yeah, it might not be a bad idea to repeat week 2 or something. That's totally normal! When I did this one time in the past, I repeated weeks a bunch. The whole 6 weeks thing is a lie lol. But you will make progress no matter what!

I just did the exhaustion test, and I squeezed out 21! Can you believe it!? I can't lol. I TRIPLED the number of pushups I can do in 2 weeks. I feel beastly. I also am in fear because that puts me in column 2 of week 3, and it's looking pretty intimidating... Keep me on it, okay guys? Looking forward to seeing how much…
