100 Pushup Challenge Week 4 Day 1 (again): 18, 22, 16, 16, 25 from toes, 92 total. I repeated day 1 with shorter breaks today, about 90 secs. It was still hard, but I managed to shorten the breaks from last time, so that was good. I think I'm going to try to do this day again on Friday with 60 second breaks, then move on…

Good job everyone!

Great job everyone!

Thanks Cayenne! You'll get it, I know you will! Sometimes the leap to the next week seems unreasonable. I had that going into week 4. I think I need to repeat day 1 a few times and shorten the breaks until I'm able to do them all with not too long of a break.

Welcome to the challenge, Syd!

Here's some inspiration! This amazing lady is in week 4. If you go to her channel, you'll see her complete the challenge. It's inspiring to me to see that it's actually possible lol! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xxRX6D_cnxA

Week 4 Day 1: 18, 22, 16, 16, 25 from toes, 92 total, DONE! However, I took longer breaks than the 60 seconds that they suggest. I just couldn't. I tried between the first and second sets, but after that, I realized there was no way I'm going to be able to do all of these with such a short break. I think my breaks were…

Totally. I think it's better to do them with good form from the knees than squeezing them out with bad form from the toes. I think if you stick with it, you'll be doing them from the toes in no time! You guys are rock stars!
-
Nice job! Keep it up, and you'll definitely get stronger!
-
Glad to have you along Rachel! How did you do on your initial test? Which column are you doing?
-
Great job! Yea the last set is always the killer!

Great job!

100 Pushup Challenge Week 3 Day 3: 16, 21, 15, 15, 21 (120 second breaks, on toes) total of 88 DONE! Oof, that one was hard. The last set had me shaking. But I think the longer break time was helpful, I did somehow make it to the end. I'm looking at the next week, and it's looking pretty scary... especially with the…

Haha, yea the soreness after the first day is pretty real! It gets better (kind of)....

I'm sure you'll be doing over 20 in a few weeks. This program really does work. I guess I've been putting in effort, I mean, I'm just doing what the website tells me to do lol. But I have been consistent with it for sure!
-
I think everyone is doing their own thing, just adding this program as a part of their workouts. :)
-
Good job! I tried to respond in the other group as well, but I'm actually not totally sure I understand what you're asking. Are you talking about between sets, or the form of your actual pushups?
-
Kuchiness- you can do whatever kind of pushup you want! Knees are totally fine, you'll probably be strong enough to do them on your toes in a few weeks, so you can start over then, or just keep going on your knees. Totally up to you! I don't know if this is helpful, but I go down so basically my nose almost touches the…

That's awesome, dblair! I think I started at 8, and I'm doing over 20 now, no problem, after just a few weeks. So excited for you!
-
Great job!
-
Awesome, Antiopelle!
-
Great job! Nice hustle at the end!
-
Haha, yeah, there's no way I could do these skipping a rest day for sure! But proud of you for doing it anyway! You're a rockstar!
-
Great job courtz! I know the last set can really be challenging, but you did it!
-
You got this!!!
-
That's really good already! It won't be easy, but you're gonna make some amazing progress in a very short amount of time! So happy to have you!
