I like to mash it up and use as a spread on a BLT, leftover spread as a side with an omelet..slices on top of chicken tortilla soup. I also tried a secret that seems to prolong the fridge life, I keep the seed in the container I make the avocado spread in.

You probably need an x-ray. I experienced the same thing, the pain stopped me in my tracks. An x-ray determined I had pleurisy, an infection of the lung lining. Also, if you were coughing really hard, you could have cracked a rib. Best to get to a DR and check it out.

I do believe menopause symptoms are real, the hot flashes, weight gain, etc, etc. Pre-menopause generally starts in the late 40's, if that's where you are at now. Post-menopause would mean you haven't had a TOM for 12 months, that usually occurs between 50-51. Unfortunately the symptoms can continue for years afterwards.…

I agree with this 100%. I waited a year before I took tracking calories & carbs seriously, but it makes a huge difference. I made a crockpot beef stew yesterday, adding the ingredients into a MFP recipe. My crockpot is a 6 qt so I just transferred the 6 quarts into cup servings to determine the calories.
