My gym rules for sauna Spend no more than 10 mins at a time No pregnant women No newspaper/magazines allowed Absolutely NO shaving (thought that was interesting when I first saw that. They have that many people shaving enough to post a rule for it. Yikes) Of course every gym is different.

I really love my trainer! He is really no-nonsense which I love. There is one trainer that works with a client and they will have a 15 min conversations in between sets. That would drive me crazy. Talk to me before or after my session. I am not paying you good money to just have conversation!!!

I deactivate my account to take a break from time to time. I use it to keep in touch with my family. I do tend to compulsive shop when the advertisements to my favorite stores scroll across (not a good thing). But typically Facebook is a total waste of time.

If you are eating boneless skinless chicken thighs you can search those exact words and it should come up with results using ounces. Example I eat Jewel boneless skinless thighs and that comes up in the database as ounces. Or you can add your own entry in the database using ounces.
