Oh yes, the laundry. My OH and I both cycle commute to work (at this time of year that involves lots of layers). We then change into an entirely different set of kit for indoor workouts. The washing machine is on constantly!

Yup, I also go for a lower HR for the same effort as a sign of increasing fitness for the most part. I was really pleased at the weekend when I got up a hill at 117bpm!

It was a cycling holiday/training camp, so I burned off plenty of calories dragging myself up mountains! A peek at the scale this morning suggests that there was indeed plenty of water there, but i’ll wait til next Monday and let things settle down before updating.
