Physically no - I’m a cyclist and all winter a lot of my training has been at home on my turbo trainer. At this time of year I normally start riding outside more but I can carry on riding inside. I also have a coach who is adapting my training to take account of changes to my routine. Mentally possibly, we will see, but…

Depends how long the ride is! Today was just over 100k in just over 4 hours and about 1900

Mindfulness going well here. I've realised that when I set myself a numerical target I see that as permission to drink on the other days. But by asking myself each day whether I *actually* want a drink I've kept the whole month AF so far despite a couple of stressful situations (not all coronavirus related either).
