Well, the LGBT group I wanted to join has had a lack of interest and the meet up date has been moved back. Due to my anxiety and impatience I'm probably not even gonna go anymore as things like this throw me for absolutely no reason (have done my whole life) and it's hard to work myself back up into wanting to go toβ¦

Maybe they're just not into you? That's how I act half the time if people keep messaging me and I'm not into them. It gets tiring to reply to endless messages and seem "kind" all the time. But people also get pissed off if you say no thanks these days too.

Also, it's handy to learn how to do a rough calculation of how many calories food is in your head so if something doesn't happen to be in the database (a lot of local brands here in New Zealand) you can get a rough estimate of how much it will be per serving and work out what you want to buy based on that Also, do yourβ¦

A good idea is to just work on portion size, it's not that you can't have some of the foods you love, you just can't have as MUCH and as OFTEN. I too am starting quite large and wanting to lose a lot of weight. I've found a few low calorie foods that I like and typically just stick to them. Even if you're eating the sameβ¦
