Welcome to all our new joiners! Week 1 Sunday PW: 154.8 CW: 152.1 I've now lost 20kg since I started this journey (again) in November and 16kg since I joined the lovely Trimstones. Thanks everyone for keeping me on track! Still a bit to go to goal weight but I'm getting a lot nearer. π€ΈββοΈ

Have managed to get up to 12km (7.5 miles) and my shorter runs are getting faster too. I'm hoping this offsets my terrible working habits as I sit at a laptop for 12+ hrs a day,β¦

Week 3 Sunday PW 157.8 CW 157.2 Bit grumpy about this to be honest. I've been back on calorie restrictions and run nearly 30k this week, with a 20km cycle on top. Was hoping for a decent loss after my diet break last week. Oh well, I lost a lot last month so guess it had to plateau at some point. I'll keep on at it andβ¦

15/05 - 8,077 16/05 - 13,645 π£ Thoroughly enjoyed the reduced lockdown measures in the UK today. I went cycling and running and to my allotment. I also went to visit my father for the first time in three months (we sat outside and 2m apart) so I got to give him a belated birthday present. π

26/04 - 25,233 π£ Got a message on Saturday night from my best friend of 20+ years saying she was lonely and she wished she could see me. I was planning a longer run on Sunday anyway so I pulled my trainers on, ran 3.5 miles to her house, stood at the end of the front garden for a socially distanced chat and ran home again.β¦

Week 5 Sunday PW 160.9 lb CW 158.9 lb Seem to be on a roll this lock down - I think it's from running more frequently instead of other cardio (possibly combined with work stress)! Hope I'm not losing too much muscle mass though. I have being doing home weights once a week, but it's not the same as my gym class.
