I do pre-log, and I enter some food foods into my diary to see what it would do to my numbers then delete if it pushes me over. But sometimes, I might have a small biscuit or a few nuts after I've complimentary diary and I need to stop doing that.

I'm doing most of that already. The key for me is self discipline. I have a weakness for snacks and biscuits. I know I have the will power because I packed in smoking by going cold turkey. If it's not there then I can't have it. But I know it's there and sometimes I can't help myself, especially after a bike ride when Iā¦
