@sfisch88 Good for you for entering your daily food. I think it helps to write it down and be accountable. Keep going! @Whidislander Great you are fasting. I find it really helps. I do the 16:8 IF every so often and feel better for it. Keep going! @pipcd34 Good for you for posting your stats for the day! I like doing that…

Happy Monday everyone! My work schedule today is my "Tuesday" because I have to work Sunday - Thursday this week and I work until midnight. This leaves little free time beforehand to do much or go outside. Next week my schedule changes back to days. Last night I was able to get a 23" Samsung Smart TV set up that was sent…

Hi Katla, can you contact them and ask that they do their updates at a different time? I had to change the time that my computer updated and called Comcast where I actually could go into my account and change the time they updated my computer since it's so annoying. charsuzy Washington state USA

<3 I love seeing the Christmas lights although I usually spend holidays alone and talk to friends online or by phone. December has an energy of its own and is a special time of year. As a woman of faith I especially find it important in that respect. I enjoy reading people's posts here. My good news is that the scale shows…

Michele NC :) My goodness you have an extensive library of exercise DVD's! That's great! Videos on YouTube have helped me learn how to move around on my mat for 30 minutes. do some beginning Pilates and also use resistance bands. I've not done any with any consistency however so have not progressed in any of them.

Hello all! :) I'm getting some inflammation in my knees and ankles and am using a red light on it, also cutting down on my Gazelle slider "steps" to go easy a bit. I'm still exercising and stretching. I'm missing the daytime sunlight here in WA state near Seattle. I feel better when it's sunny outside! :/ I do have a…

Hello all - I hope you are all having a nice day! I am working at my desk at home but have done some light weight reps with my 5 lbs hand weights and gotten some steps in on my Gazelle. :)

@Katla49 I buy supplements at Pipingrock and they aren't as big of an online store as Swansons but their prices are good. Thought I'd throw that out there. charsuzy Bellevue, WA

I bought a sleep download mp3 so I can go to sleep faster and stay asleep. I find my sleep dictates how much energy I have and how well I function during the day, including my mood. I am hooked to seeing how much sleep I've gotten every night on my fitbit webpage. Today I re-arranged my living room (again) to give room for…

<3 Due to an issue I experienced in another group I temporarily changed my profile picture to one reflecting my steps, calories and miles. Hope all is well for you guys 💙 Keep keep'n on!

After much consideration this will be my last post here. I no longer want to be in this group and feel I was unjustly treated and called out as some kind of liar around my steps. I find it shameful I was treated that way. It takes me a bit of time to consider what I go through so I may not let it be known at that point…

charsuzy Monday weigh-in PW: 207 CW: 207 LTD: 3 lbs ~ I weighed myself yesterday that is not my weigh-in day and was 206.4. My weigh-in today is higher, at 207 which is what I weighed-in at last week on Monday. I have been doing better on my steps and finally broke the 10,000 steps barrier for two days in a row so I'm very…
