I lost a lot of weight with weight watchers around 7 years ago. I haven't put it all back on but regained around half after having kids. I must admit this is a struggle for me too. Whenever I have a hard day at work I immediateIy feel like eating everything under the sun! I have found that the only thing that stops me is to be really aware of the habit. I have to recognise that I want to scoff and focus on something else. Have a bath, go to the gym or for aβ¦

Well done everyone. Not everyone has had the result they want this week but we are all being mindful and honest with ourselves. I'm in no doubt we'll all have "bad" weeks but as long as we don't bury our heads in the sand (like I often do) we'll reach our goals. Have a great week everyone π
