YES! I started charging my cheap version of Fitbit at night while I sleep when it gets low. Although I like seeing my sleep levels, I'd rather have my calories and steps.

@lindamtuck2018 The not smoking is rough. Honestly I had been taking a puff here and there but the last 2 days I have not had one puff of a cig. Just trying to stay busy and hoping that helps with not only my not smoking but in my loosing the weight since I am normally sitting at a desk running my business online.

Scorpiogirl70 Weigh in Day is Monday This week PW: 217 pounds CW: 212 pounds LOSS: 5 pounds... okay back where I was, now to continue down the scale the correct way. I did change my incline on the treadmill which increases my calories burned, which I am loving. Goal: 2000 steps- today 8905 steps

@lindamtuck2018 Amazing steps today! Did you do anything special to increase your steps? Yes Linda, I did 3.5 miles on the treadmill. Had to do something to counter all the junk food I am eating due to not smoking. Today I did 4 miles, tomorrow I hope to get 6 miles in.
