My petty reason atm? My new neighbor is 10 years younger than me & her figure is insane! She’s a health nut & goes to the gym daily; not jealous of her because we’re friends & she’s super awesome; I applaud how kick *kitten* she is! I have so many thoughts on this. In general I’d say no! Growing children do not need to restrict eating & nutrient intake; they’re building bones, muscles, their brains, etc.. I also don’t think it’s a good idea because I’m afraid it could lead to eating disorders- restricting calorie intake to lose weight or binge eating…

I notoriously don’t lose anything the 2nd week in or I lose very little; I’ve heard this is extremely common.
