So I unlocked my food diary so anyone can see what I eat😬😊. If it helps anyone out. I do like my carbs but I tend to stay within my calorie goals.

Just checking in. Things are going good here. Recording as always. I didnt record my dinner and snack till this morning and was still under by 60 calories, I sure do like when that happens.

Jessica who is the person you get for fitness? Or rather the person you work out to? You mentioned it here a while back I tried a fitness plan but it's a little hard.

SW 210 LW 198 Cw 193 My new goal is to have water before every meal so I stay hidrated also it fills me up a bit. It's amazing 😍. I usually have a couple of cups while I'm making dinner.

Stayed the same here LW 195 Cw 195 We started a veggie garden we have to make the border I'll just get started plants this time. Also when I'm in Nana's pool I can go to the bottom to get rings when I'm in without diving in now. I have to be on the side so I can push. Also I'm starting to kayak.

I'm back now from my dad's and he has a new front plants on his two new gardens. Ripped it all out and started new and added to the other side a new bed and half. What a job! 7 hours later and it was done. So I kinda ate what I wanted on the weekend needed a break. Now back to the grind.

Drank 2l of water and no pop. Also Chloe Tang 2 week shred just did day 3. It's hard I couldn't do 3 things now it's only 2. Also did a bike ride today too. I'm tired.....

Oh and I actually lost three pounds since that last weigh in. May 21 was 198.5 May 28th 195.5 that was the biggest drop I've had so far.
