I used to love gym time! I looked forward to that hour and a half away from the fam but I didn’t like all the dilly dally I did leading up to it, trying to fit it in. I turned back to running and doing ab routines ( chloe ting anyone??) and jump rope!!! I honestly can’t see myself going back to the gym at this point now…

@joolspen3942 , Hi!! I have a similar situation with a 1490 calorie goal and I burn 500 calories a day and it gets added into my daily goal. I only eat 350 or so of those calories back and bank the rest for the weekends when I tend to eat much more!
