Would it be enough to hit most/every muscle of the chest or should I add in variations? Like one day standard push-up and the next incline push up?

Oh man... I'm sorry!! I pretty much have full range of motion. I just go through each day feeling like there's a pinch or that a muscle is tight/weak/inflamed.

It's extremely easy to gain weight while breastfeeding... I'm always SOOOO hungry haha.
