I turned 53 yesterday....got me thinking. I have been a good man and mentor to many......and unfortunately i have really been a bad man and a disappointment to a good few as well. Id like to think ive improved and am a far better person now than i have been. Ill keep working on it.

Yes i have been an absolute crossfit hater. However, the intangible good benefits it has for some people i cannot deny. So over the years i have definitely opened my mind to its benefits and have laid off on any criticism of Crossfit. To each their own.

So out of 193 countries the US ranks 3rd in gun violence. But if you removed the 5 cities of Chicago, St Lois, Detroit, Philadelphia and LA, the US would be ranked 189th.

Their would be less technology and innovation, just what was needed to barter goods as currency. Well, good news.....or maybe bad, depends on what you cared about. If you you spend time thinking about when you cared, usually means you still do. Not caring most times mean no thought about it.

I am obsessed with vacuuming and mopping my floors everyday. Doesnt matter if i get home at 10pm....i will not sleep until i do this.

Just about everything mentioned here only works consistently when its combined with a discipline. The best plan means nothing without the discipline to follow it. Being flexible requires the discipline to not give up and adapt to change. Having goals are only achieved by the displine implemented in working towards them.…

The gas station in my neighborhood gave out free gas for 6 hrs today. Turns out thats how long it took to spend the $15,000 that was donated to the station to give out the gas.
