If you only have MFP linked, then 741 would be really high, only under the exception that you’re extremely big. I’m on the smaller side, but I only burn around 30 calories from 2000 steps, so I doubt anyone regardless of their size would burn that much.

Maybe they'll have a weight limit for both your luggage and your body weight? So that if you are overweight, you have to pack light, that way, they can make sure no one goes over the limit (this is of course if the person themselves doesn't outweigh the limit).

I keep mine open but I hate it when people point out that I undereat, if I eat any more I just gain weight and it's pointless. For a long time I wasn't even tracking my calories, and *surprise surprise* I gained weight. Anyways feel free to look at my diary if you think it might help you in any way.

I would suggest eating more one day then going back to the diet the next day, because I think it helps boost metabolism a bit (at least if you're already undereating which you're not), and once your metabolism is faster you can actually eat less and expect to lose weight. Hi! I haven't been purposely doing the 16/8 fasting method, but whenever I do skip breakfast, it helps me stay in a calorie deficit and not overeat, which I'm now fully seeing the results of. You can do this!
