Good evening all. Check in: Steps - 10995 Calories - 2350 Exercise - pickleball for 45 minutes, walk home for 35 minutes. Hurt my back again running in pickleball. Hope it is better tomorrow.

Good evening all. It is finally fall here. 60s and cloudy. Check in for 11/13: Steps - 17717 Calories - 2400 Exercise - walked for 2 hours. Had to cut it short due to bladder. Ugh. Can't seem to do the long walks anymore.
