  • Good evening all. Ready for a very hot weekend? Check in: Steps - 7791. Not a lot this week. Calories 2490. Ugh. Exercise - pickleball in morning. 20 minutes. Cut it short due to thumb pain. Walk in evening. Short one just to stretch my legs. Waited for maintenance all day. Supposed to come 8am, got here at 5pm.

  • Good evening everyone. Time for another Friday. Check in: Steps - 8207 Calories - 2480 or so. A bit high. Exercise - 30 min pickleball - probably more since all 3 games were close. Gym tonight. 9 machines and 18 min walking outside. @lindamtuck2018 I normally have dessert about 8pm and try to go to bed at 10.

  • @rwillems welcome to the team. I used to be on 2 b/p meds, 8 fish pills daily, pre diabetic, untreated apnea. Losing my weight got me off most of it. Logging my food helped a lot. I count calories in but ignore calories burned. The people here are always willing to help and listen.
