Interesting. When my mental health is low and I'm struggling more than usual, it is directly reflected with my physical health. That will decline right along with my mental health. What's ZMA? I'm not familiar. I use the store brand version of simply sleep. I've been using that for over a decade. I've never tried melatonin, but have heard it can be hit or miss as far as actual aiding sleep.

What a *kitten* day. My mom is very unexpectedly undergoing triple bypass surgery all day today. Sheβs the best, most compassionate and positive person, and we could only be so lucky to strive to be even an iota more like her.
