@jugar i did it today. I turned off my steps while exercising. I did the treadmill for 55 minutes burned 523 calories Plus my steps being 4,320 Thank youuuuuuu

These weeks fly by when your logging everything! Whew!! @violetanderson39 I bit the bullet and rejoined Planet fitness. Our town really does not have anywhere warm to walk, and I hate the cold. Fitness Friday!! I walk. When I walk I try to do 5 miles. My biggest battle with walking is cold weather. It is coming and I am a whinny exerciser!! I hate the cold.
