Take a little rest then try out hip abductor and adductor exercises and stretches. Those should help with mobility, hip and lower back pain.

After 3 weeks of cutting weight and wearing a uniform that became to big/loose on me, I finally bought a new uniform that fits just right. My mini goal is to cut the next 2lbs minimum which should help me cut 1/2 inch around the waist and give me more room in this new uniform.

My current goal is to hit the 95-100% range on my physical assessment in February/March. Once I hit that it’ll be maintain that for the next 6 years when I can retire from the military. Other than that I’m working on handstands just for fun then attempt the human flag.

My section at work has been busting their *kitten* in rearranging and making processes better the past week even though they didn’t fully understand the need for change. Today we had several higher ups stop by randomly and loved the change they saw and complemented the section. Seeing the look of surprise on their faces…

What helps me out is that I made it a habit to work out during lunch Monday-Friday. It just allows me to break up the day and motivates some of my troops to join me in the gym. Also in a way we keep each other accountable and if we don’t show up we just make fun of each other that day. Even on the off days we try to keep…
