  • Well under my calorie budget because yesterday's Covid vaccine has left me feeling pretty crummy today. Woke up with chills and fever in the night (I was shivering so hard, I woke up my husband!) Tylenol helped a lot. I haven't moved much today--just taking it easy and letting my body figure this out.
