  • Much better! Thanks for asking. She's responding to treatment and her platelet count is way up. Still waiting on a serology report to find out what might have caused the problem, but that will take a few weeks.

  • Yes x 3 for me today. Thanks for all the well wishes for my dog. We had to take her to the emergency vet this afternoon and learned that she has a very low platelet count, either due to an infection or just a flaw in her immune system. We're giving her steroids and antibiotics and hoping she bounces back.
