We’re so lucky here in oz gyms open no more lockdowns. I’m 47 just trying to stay fit and shed the last 7kgs ( hardest ones) stay positive everyone and keep tracking.

@jwilliams9082 i can’t run (hip problems) but do like a bike ride we’ve been lucky gyms only closed for 2 months last year.keep up the effort and the results will come.

@tinkerbellang83 using the app to track calories. I did a 8 week challenge at the gym last year and lost 8 kilos but then stopped counting and it all crept back on.I just find it keeps me more accountable.
