  • Day 50 of 100 Reasons Why: For water parks! I love taking my kids to our local water park but while they run up the stairs to each water slide I sit in the sun or wade in the pool below, waiting for them to come down. All those stairs are always just too much for me. And I feel so big and awkward in the tube or on the…
  • Day 49 of 100 Reasons Why; To thank my body for all it has done for me! This body has carried me all through my life, all the ups & downs, created and birthed two beautiful babies, stood tall through the good and the bad, it has walked endless miles, biked wooded trails, climbed mountains, given countless piggy-back rides,…

  • Day 44 of 100 Reasons Why: To be able to hop out of bed after a god night’s sleep and feel like a million bucks not a bounced check! • @meraki6 I’m proud, too! I find that I walk around with just a slight pep in my step and I hold my head just a little higher when I’m making efforts to improve my health. Even if I don’t talk about it to everyone I see, I feel like maybe they can sense something different about me. And that motivates me!

  • Day 36 of 100 Reasons Why: Endorphins are no joke. I never thought I’d be one to wake up at 4am for a workout. But once…
