@Katiecan2021 I have found that as I have stopped eating fatty foods and drinking alcohol, when I go to have a treat my stomach usually makes me pay for it. It is one way to be motivated to stay on track! It's very unfortunate, though. I actually had a recent bad experience with a really good chocolate cake myself.
