Jan 14 Pass Day 4 :/ I got my covid shot on Thursday and yesterday I was really knocked down. I didn't eat much and mostly slept, didn't track, didn't exercise. This is how my body is with most vaccines, though this was worse than usual. Sending healing thoughts to those of you with covid.

I joined UAC in September and it has become one of the pillars of my life. Or rather, it has helped me to organize my life around healthy habits, and the accountability to the group and seeing this group of inspiring people all prioritize their health as well is what has kept me on that path.
