Moving your hand to your mouth to eat or drink something and getting that electric/fire shock in your elbow to remind you that your tennis elbow is still there... ...and you don't play tennis. I mean, you could and have but you don't. Also, the cold/rain combo. Not a fan.

Yeah...the sciatica was pretty rough and disheartening. The first time, for a good while I thought it was going to be permanent.
