  • That sounds great, I'd love to help if I can! I know having friends on here makes me feel like I really gotta hit my daily goals lol good luck!
  • WELL.. I had the moment hundreds of times in my 29 years of being obese and morbidly obese, and MORBIDLY morbidly obese. But the one that sparked my current weight loss was a video I stumbled across while browsing youtube, downing a 2 liter of diet coke and a plate of torino's pizza rolls to distract myself until I could…
  • August 2019 to 2 days ago. Work in progress 🙂 hope your journey is going well!
  • Get it! I hope things are going well on your journey! Congrats on the good start
  • That's awesome, I still fight with mine now and then but I don't think that'll change no matter how much weight I lose.. I've got a big ol melon on my shoulders 😂
  • Around August of 2019 up to 2 days ago. Around 30 lbs to go to hit the goal weight of 250 which is self imposed for no real reason 😂
  • Thanks lol, I've never been much of a smiler.. I'm afraid this is about as smiley as I get 😂
  • Wow congrats. You must be ecstatic! Keep up the good work! It looks like you had quite the journey
  • That's awesome, way to go! Keep up the good work.. I hope you found some healthy habits that you enjoy implementing. I found that to be a good key to success ☺️ I'm still not too fantastic at the implementation part though.. I'm a little too sporadic to stick to schedules perfectly lol
  • Get it! Good stuff.. and wow you're a better and cleaner cook than I am haha. Been cooking 16 years and I went from a mediocre home cook to a supremely good at being mediocre home cook XD. Looks healthy AND delicious! Stay strong and enjoy the process ☺️ Happy Friday
  • You're beaming with pride. Love it, keep it up!
  • I can fit into the clothes I wore as a 6th grader. I see that as a partial victory.. it says a lot about how big I've been my whole life, a 6th grader the same size as a 6ft 3 or 4 overweight 29 year old.. but as for progress I'm back down to that size so.. yeah lol mixed feelings but I'll count it as a victory haha
  • You look amazing! Keep up the good work! I know you'll get there in no time 😊
  • I can't say I'm completely healed just yet.. but I am well on my way.. thank you. It hasn't been easy but getting all this support from my first posts has been an enormous help.
  • Changing your eating habits doesn't have to be a bad experience. Experiment. And try to enjoy trying new things and cooking. I love cooking, I'm not great at it.. but it's fun for me 😊 so that helped. Good luck!
  • I currently have a consultation with the Herwitz center for plastic surgery in a few weeks. I'm hoping to get some Info on what procedure I'd need, what weight I need to reach, and everything before after and in-between. I live in central NJ, so that's very good to hear. I just worry about the money. I've never had a job.…
  • Thank you so much. I will try my best to come back and give updates. Social media and sharing is still very new to me so the updates may come slowly. But thank you for your kind words and support. Good luck on your journey and I hope you can take something away from reading about mine as well.
  • I'd love to join, if that's cool. This is my first time having success and I'd love to be in an accountability group where we can help each other reach our goals.
  • I have, I enjoy his content as well, but I'm nearly 100% sure I want the surgery though. I have been wearing compression shirts as well but there's just so much that it doesn't do much of anything. Thanks so much for the suggestion though. I should dive a little deeper into his older videos. Maybe I could find something…
  • Thanks, and yeah I've been reading up on lots of different food groups and their effects on appetite. It's just so weird because I don't seem to have a difference in how I feel when I cut down on carbs fat or protein. I actually just finished a trial of carnivore, pure meat with vitamins and fiber supplements to fill in…
  • I have, nothing seems to be off at all other than slightly elevated blood pressure, which right now has been recorded as normal for the past 3 months worth of Dr visits. I've learned that some of these tests can be hard though because a problem can only be caught during a flare up so it's very possible I'll need to do some…
  • That's so awesome. Good luck with future goals and progress!
  • Way too many to name, I think the biggest 2 shocks for me was that I actually had bones under everything lmao. I obviously knew I had them but I mean come on.. after a lifetime of looking like the end of Wall-E I had never seen them! It's crazy seeing parts of my bones and muscular structure while moving around. Even my…
  • Couldn't agree more.. I have the same issue with a little added fear of sharing about myself. No gym, just walked my yard and at home dumbbells to lose what I've lost so far, very inspiring. Thanks so much for sharing. Keep up the stellar work!
  • This hits home for me. Exactly how I got my start, though I've never been the beautiful face person lol. The best little slice of advice I can give you is that this takes time, I'm the most impatient person I know, and it's really hard to not get frustrated at times. Just trust the process take it slow.. and try not to…
  • I'd love to make some new friends, I'm a little awkward but.. hopefully that's ok 😂
  • That's amazing, keep working towards your goal. You'll see it, it just takes time. I don't see my own progress 90% of the time if I'm being honest, even though it's right in front of me. Try to not focus on it too much. Much easier said than done, but I know you can do it! You're already on your way, afterall.
