Step count for today is27,653. That was more than 10 miles. These past couple of weeks I have been consistently getting over 10,000 steps every day. I also did well on my my sleep last night. Thanks! For kettlebells I have watched alot of videos on different exercises they but I just pick about 4 and do so many of each and then repeat until I finish. Nothing fancy. I figure it has to help.

Goodnight everyone. I am trying to go to bed earlier. I would like to get 7 hours of sleep but I dont know if that will happen. My step count for today is 21,640. I also did 20 minutes of kettlebells.

Today's step count is at 15,729. Not bad when I thought I wouldn't even get 10,000. I drove down to see my daughter at Purdue today. It is about 2 1/2 hour drive each way. She had a rare day off from school. (She is in her 4th year studying to be a Veterinarian) we did manage a small walk while down there so that helped.…

Thank you linda! I knew about the quote button but not the other. And my pool is my personal above ground pool. We had to totally drain and clean it this year and are in the process of filling it up. We have well water out here so we have let the pump rest every couple of hours. It takes days to fill.

June 4th My step count was 22,770. I didnt do my jumps and my knees have thanked me. I did stay under calorie goal. I cant wait to be able to get in my pool. Step count 25,460 plus 1000 jumps. Did not do my smart hoop but I did do some kettlebell swings. I did 4 sets of 25. Stayed under calorie goal.

Another day staying under calorie goal and getting my exercise in. I got my 1000 jumps along with my 30 minutes of my smart hoop. I am hoping that helps my core get stronger. Good job on getting a walk also on the meal prep. That helps so much. I hear you on the grump scale. My scale is mad at me I think. Right now my measuring tape is more my friend than my scale.

Hi linda The most steps I have ever got while wearing my fitbit was a few years ago and I got 32,000. I kicked butt that day. Lol I seem to compete with myself. I always try to beat my previous best. I only get this many steps when I am not working on my art dolls.

So today I got in 27,588 steps plus my 1,000 jumps. I also got my smart hoop today and it is not as easy as they make it look but I knew that it would take practice. I got 30 minutes in of that. This weekend we had to drain and clean our aboveground pool and now it is slowly filling back up. I cant wait to swim.
