I think my feeling old is more mental than physical. For me personally, I did not see a drop in the scales until I stopped eating my exercise calories. You're welcome! I find the barcode the best option. It also tends to be more accurate. Just verify serving size and such. I have noticed with some items that they differ from the packaging and the scan results.
