Two reasons: I don't want to be a size 18 in my clothes. Second one: I have a milestone birthday coming up in 2023 and I want to do a dream vacation that has a fitness rating of five.

My doctor told me if I don't get my weight under control she was going to put me blood pressure pills and diabetes medication. It was going to cost me $65.00 a month. Quick math proved it would cost me $780.00 year and after 20 years, I'm looking at almost $20 000. Frankly I'll lose the weight and keep the money.
