I have lost 60 pounds in the last year. From 237 to 177. What worked for me - Portion control and Daily walk. I eat everything in moderation but try to eat double protein for fullness and double fruit and veg for health. I have better luck on NO diet but slowly changing my portions and we do not eat processed or fast foodβ¦

My long-term Doctor told me never to go below 140 even though I am 5.4 because I have more muscle than the typical female. I always thought I was so much fatter than the skinny girls and wanted to weigh 105 or 110. #BornWithMuscle

I had a bilateral hip replacement in Feb 2019 and walking is the best thing for me. I struggle with 2 miles a day but I push through.

No diet works better than just eating healthy and the correct proportions. Many times medication no matter how good for you in one way will destroy other things. Stay focused on being HEALTHY. LOVE YOURSELF FIRST. Get some activity every day even if it's a 30-minute walk or 3- 10 min. YOU GOT THIS!

Eat healthy homemade foods. Find things you love to eat that you know are good for you. Eat all of that when you are hungry

Nobody tells you that you will look older and have more wrinkles. The skin takes time to rejuvenate itself to the new YOU size. Go to Youtube and watch the Secret Eaters series. It will answer so many questions for you. I am down 60 lbs from 237 to 176.4 and still losing. It is all about changing your eating and daily activity. It is NOT about dieting.
