Last Halloween I made a "pretty, nice" card, which I posted earlier this month. This year I wanted a "creepy ugly" card, more suitable for a spooky Halloween!

Not a Halloween theme but a drawing and acrylic painted bird. I have two more similar friends of his in the works. My plan is to put them in a three image frame to hang on the wall.

OH, you mean Kindle Fire, don't you? I was thinking Kindle e-reader, lol. Love both of these. Addicted to trees though so it's my fave! I want to find trees on that app!

I'm so glad you like the tree! Joe likes it too and doesn't want me to change it. Your Halloween images are perfect!

This painting is at Joe's house but looking at it here in the Halloween frame of mind I think I'll get it back and add some spooky eyes in the hollow tree and maybe a spider web or two, a bat. What do you think?

FINALLY! It took a while to figure out this game! Not a simple color by number, lol. Anyway it's done!! What I really want to do is draw or print this image and paint it myself. I'll be working on that!

WOW! This is gorgeous! I love it! I need to find out how to post these things. Maybe I'll have time to research it tomorrow.

And I'm trying to use an ipad now. I did download the Happy Coloring app for it but have no idea how to copy and/or paste/post a photo here or anywhere else. Any suggestions welcomed!

Thank you both! I'm not often very pleased with my art but I really did fall in love with this one, especially the cat!

Drew it, painted with watercolors. Went back and kept adding a bat here, a black cat there, lol. It was fun! Once you create something and take a photo of it with your phone you can text it to all your friends and family just like an e-card! How cool is that!

Tomorrow is October. I suggest we all try to post some Halloween themed art during this month. I'm going to work on some, I hope. I'll post a card I made last Halloween and gave to my son. The neat thing is if you take a photo of your art, you can text it to your friends and family like an e-card!

It's gorgeous! I love color and coloring and painting. However I think I love "lines" even more. When the lines show in a work of art I am just drawn to them. I want to draw them myself or at least trace over them. This is wonderful Becca!

Doggie pop art style. Drew it. Painted it with acrylics. Drew the lines again with black marker. Lately, for the first time, I'm really attracted to pop art. I'll be trying more of it.
