I am sort of stalled on weight loss. Hovering between 178.2 and 181.8. The higher was after we had eaten out and consumed a lot of salt. Normally I am more around 180. I am still burning stuff and am glad to be tackling some of the paper work stuff which I tend to put off. Thanks for the treat recommendation.

I am determined to get things straightened up here. We have to downsize. No choice.
-
I am fortunate to live somewhere that seldom has droughts or fires.
-
I also feel paralyzed by the number of boxes in the living room, dining room, and Mother's Room. I just keep plugging away. Hubby is transplanting peppers and tomatoes into the garden.
-
Yes, decluttering is ongoing but I would love it to be faster. LOL.
-
Today we burned a huge lounger and it's pad and a bunch of old cancelled checks.

My childhood best friend has a home in Breckinridge and Denver.

We have been working outside the last few days. Hubby transplanted a bunch of our transplants and moved them outside to get used to the sun. He has been cutting down limbs and small trees and we are cleaning up limbs and burning them. We are also still remodeling and repairing things around the house.

I answered this email but it didn't post. Calorie and carb cycling are eating at the high end and low end of your daily allowance. It helps to stimulate your metabolism.

It's a homemade greenhouse but it really helps. Hostas are awesome if you live in the woods like I do. I plant red impatiens for annuals. And an herb garden in pots by my patio area.
-
You are doing really great. I take rest breaks too and come back ready to get back to work.
-
You are doing great! I am doing okay too. Trying not to get too stressed with everything I need to get done.

The weather here is terrible. Freeze warnings and then a few days later near record heat. I do love all the flowers and blooming shrubs and trees though. My hubby loves beefsteak tomatoes. I have some herbs growing in the greenhouse. We have some things planted outside already in the garden. Bought a new hosta to plant.

I'm still getting rid of stuff as quickly as I am comfortable with. Finding permanent homes for what I am keeping.

Sometimes it is helpful to carb cycle and calorie cycle.

My hubby and I have both had our shingles vaccines now and are ready for another covid booster.
-
We are doing well with it. I am not able to precede as quickly as I would like because hubby is taking a long time with remodeling the huger 10 foot long window in the living room but I am finding a lot to burn.
-
Shingles are horrible!! Both my first husband and husband now had them in the same area. Terrible.
-
You are doing great!!!!!

Great news about Daisy. Our storms are all day until about 5pm. I was off plan for about 3 days but am back now.
-
We are getting storms on Wednesday too and they sound bad. Ugh.
-
Very welcome news about you!! I have not heard of that perfume. Flares are a pain. I know them well.
-
Going to get cold here and spit some snow maybe on Friday. And it's so not welcome as we are trying to get our garden and transplants started.
-
I am doing okay for the time being. I have a doctor's appointment soon and hope my a1c is better.
-
We have to stay strong and succeed!
-
We loved it. Definitely a keeper.
-
Get well soon. Becca.

My hubby does practically any kind of maintenance work as it was part of his formal job. I am a long way from being able to increase my calories but am certainly looking forward to it.

I find several things to pitch every day and also find things that give me joy. We found a homemade book that my MIL's Sunday School class made for her when she was dying with cancer. It was the cutest book and made us laugh. Lots of pictures of cute little kids, pages they colored, stories they made up, wishes telling her…

I am planning on tightening up my diet too.
