Good job ..glad you are recovering. I am still not one with this site I had so many things set up on SP and just haven't taken the time to set up meal groups and favorite food's. I think I have my fitbit hooked up but haven't added the other exercises.

Yes I take many supplements. I have trouble believing that we get many nutrients out of our food. Most of it is grown on factory farms in depleted soil. With GMO seeds pesticides hormones and antibiotics... yikes I'm a happy little ray of sunshine
