The thing "this time" for me is I really don't feel like I'm depriving myself of anything. I've adjusted my mind for the first time ever. I'll eat what I want, I just have to log it and if I'm high on my intake, I'm trying to increase my excercise to counter balance to stay under my calorie goal. I pray that it continues…
