Isn't 1500 mg per day the recommended MINIMUM? As an endurance athlete, I'm guessing you would probably require more, especially due to the hot conditions. Do you take any electrolyte solutions during training/racing?

Yes

Trying to decide if I should switch from Garmin to Coros....

Plan your meals for the entire day, and factor-in the activities.

Is there a link to the show? (Apologies, if I missed it).

Good luck to both of you!

Whipped cream is for the pie...Bad pairing with the scallops.

Good eye! The recipe says paprika, but also mentions using smoked paprika, instead. Safe journey, and pick-up TWO! šš½šš½

Why suck at 1 sport when you can suck at 3? šš¤£

They are easy to make, as you know, but so much easier when purchased already prepped. Only 16-18 minutes @ 400Ā° F [...that's 204Ā° C, for those of you who add a "u" to flavo(u)r].
-
I'd share, but I gave what was left to Ironwoman...A good trade for the pie, I must say.
-
I was getting them @ Costco for a long, long time, but they just vanished. Found a new store, today, that carries a different brand, so picked some up.
-
Sorry....lol
